Compétences

COMPUTER SCIENCE

      • Office skills : during my work-study placement at Perrin Frères SA, I used Word to write professional documents (reports, minutes), Excel to manage data and track budgets (especially for sponsorship projects), and PowerPoint for presentations for the Executive Committee.
      • Digital creativity : at Perrin Frères SA, Canva allowed me to create professional visuals (goodies, communication materials, greeting cards), and iMovie was used to edit promotional and internal videos, reinforcing the visual impact of the campaigns.
      • Web : managing social media and creating content for TikTok at Perrin Groupe SA also allowed me to apply my digital skills to optimize engagement.

These tools were essential for me to structure my work, optimize communication and improve the visibility of the projects entrusted to me.

LINGUISTIC

      • French : native language which I master perfectly, both in writing and orally, for professional and personal exchanges.
      • English : Intermediate level, currently improving. My current experience as an au pair in Ireland, in a completely English-speaking environment, allows me to practice the language daily. This immersion, supplemented by regular English lessons, is progressively strengthening my fluency in both spoken and written English, an essential asset for pursuing my professional goals.
      • Spanish : basic knowledge acquired during my studies, sufficient for simple exchanges and general understanding.

This linguistic diversity demonstrates my motivation to develop my skills and adapt to multicultural environments.

ORGANIZATION

      • Coordination  : My experience as an au pair has allowed me to structure daily routines, anticipate needs and constantly adapt to the rhythm of the children and the family.
      • Prioritizing : juggling my studies, my apprenticeship, and my job at McDonald’s taught me to optimize my time and respect strict deadlines.
      • Adapting to unforeseen circumstances : in my roles as a childcare provider or in the restaurant industry, I have been able to adjust my plans according to the situations to guarantee results.
      • Budget and resource monitoring : at Perrin Frères, I managed budgets, particularly for sponsorship, while ensuring that the set objectives were met.

These experiences demonstrate my ability to structure projects, collaborate effectively, and anticipate needs, even in varied and demanding contexts.

AUTONOMY

      • Taking initiative : at Perrin Frères, I undertook sponsorship projects on my own, supervising all stages of the process as well as the creation and management of the Tiktok account.
      • Versatility : at McDonald’s, my mastery of several positions allowed me to support my colleagues and managers, even in the absence of specific instructions.
      • Independence : Living and working abroad as an au pair strengthens my autonomy, decision-making ability, and management of responsibilities in a new environment every day.

These experiences demonstrate my ability to work proactively, manage complex tasks, and maintain a high level of performance independently.

RESPONSIBILITY

      • Project management : at Perrin Frères, I assumed full responsibility for events, from budget to execution, ensuring that I met the expectations of colleagues and clients.
      • Independence at work : during my internship at Swarovski, I opened and managed the store on my own for entire days, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
      • Management : As a crew trainer at McDonald’s, I represented my colleagues to management, contributing to improving the organization and resolving team issues.
      • Reliability : My role as an au pair requires me to assume significant daily responsibilities in a family and intercultural setting, requiring adaptability and constant commitment.

These experiences reflect my seriousness, reliability and ability to successfully carry out various responsibilities, independently or as part of a team.

CREATIVITY

      • Event planning : at Perrin Frères, I designed original events such as the employee party, including diverse and memorable activities for employees and their families.
      • Visual communication : creation of custom-made goodies (banners, caps, pens, greeting cards) adapted to communication campaigns, demonstrating my ability to combine aesthetics and utility.
      • Children’s entertainment : during my assignments as an au pair or at McDonald’s, I imagined and designed creative and educational activities (makeup, baking, games) adapted to different ages and needs.

These experiences have allowed me to develop an inventive mind and an ability to meet expectations while bringing a personal and original touch.
