MY EXPERIENCES
IRISH FAMILY
Cork (Irland)
Au Pair, from 10/2025 - 06/2026
This experience as an au pair abroad has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal, organizational, and linguistic skills in an English-speaking environment. By caring for two children aged 2 and 4, I am strengthening my sense of responsibility, adaptability, and daily independence.
Managing routines (meals, school, activities) teaches me to be rigorously organized and highly flexible. Setting up hands-on and educational activities allows me to develop my creativity, initiative, and ability to offer solutions tailored to each child’s age and needs.
From a pedagogical point of view, this experience allows me to acquire skills in educational awakening, in particular through the playful learning of the alphabet and numbers, as well as the introduction to languages (French and Spanish), thus strengthening my skills in transmission and communication.
Total immersion in Ireland, complemented by regular English lessons, allows me to significantly improve my level of English, both spoken and written, and to gain intercultural fluency.
This international experience has given me great personal maturity, better management of unforeseen events and a real open-mindedness, assets that I wish to put to use in my professional career.
Perrin frÈres sa
Construction company based in Gland (Switzerland)
Communication and Marketing Intern, from 09/2023 - 08/2025
My role as an intern was rich and varied, combining creativity and organization. I designed and supervised the creation of promotional items, ranging from banners for specific campaigns such as those for apprentices in vocational training programs, to personalized items (pens, caps, etc.) intended for clients, employees or events.
I also organised a landmark event, the staff party to celebrate the company’s 125th anniversary, during which I managed the entire organisation: choice of caterer, entertainment and activities for employees and their families, thank you gifts, as well as budget management.
I also took care of other events in collaboration with the CFC commerce apprentices or my manager, such as the end-of-year party, the ski weekend, extracurricular activities, etc.
In parallel, I managed sponsorship requests, preparing presentations for the Executive Committee and monitoring the allocated budget. I also managed the company’s social media, including launching and managing the TikTok account, as well as the content of the internal application, with the aim of optimizing and boosting communication.
This position allowed me to combine strategy, innovation and interpersonal skills, contributing to strengthening the image of Perrin Frères SA both internally and externally.
Mcdonald’s
Restaurant – fast-food based in Nyon (Switzerland)
Multipurpose employee, from 06/2023 - 09/2025
My experience at McDonald’s went far beyond typical tasks; it strengthened my versatility, my customer service skills, and my ability to take on responsibilities. For a year, I led activities for children every Wednesday, offering a variety of workshops such as face painting, baking, drawing, and painting, creating moments of joy and fostering loyalty among families.
My key roles included taking orders at the drive-thru, where my verbal skills and ability to provide an optimal customer experience were recognized, as well as assembling products in bags, requiring meticulousness and speed to ensure efficient and error-free service.
Versatile, I was proficient in several roles and able to juggle different responsibilities, providing consistent support to my colleagues and managers. This reliability made me a true asset to the team, allowing me to adapt quickly to current needs while ensuring high-quality service.
Finally, as a Crew Trainer , I represented my colleagues to management, playing a key role in identifying and resolving internal issues. This role allowed me to actively contribute to improving team performance while strengthening the bond between employees and managers.
Jiva hill
5-star restaurant & hotel, based in Crozet (Ain)
Employed as a temporary worker, from 11/2022 - 09/2023
Working at Jiva Hill provided me with an enriching experience in the world of fine dining. I had the opportunity to work several times in their gourmet restaurant, where I learned to respect the standards of a prestigious establishment. This experience allowed me to refine my culinary vocabulary and develop a keen sense of impeccable service and attention to detail.
I also worked during brunches, an experience that tested my creativity and responsiveness, while allowing me to adapt to a more dynamic and relaxed pace while maintaining quality service.
Furthermore, I had the opportunity to work at the Italian restaurant “Le Jardin,” where I honed my rigor, efficiency, and organizational skills. This role allowed me to refine my abilities in space management, speed, and customer service in a more relaxed environment, while maintaining the same high standards of service and quality.
At Jiva Hill, each experience taught me to adapt to different environments while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.
Les 4 Vents
Bakery and small restaurant based in Divonne Les Bains (Ain)
Multipurpose employee, from 05/2022 - 08/2022
At Aux 4 Vents, I developed a wide range of skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. As the direct sales manager for bread and pastries, I learned how to showcase products to attract attention and boost sales. I was also responsible for organizing and maintaining the shop floor, creating a pleasant and well-organized space to enhance the customer experience.
Welcoming and interacting with clients were at the heart of my role: I made sure to establish a relationship of trust with each client, by listening to them and anticipating their needs.
In addition, I participated in the upkeep of the establishment and took orders at tables, ensuring smooth and efficient service. I was also responsible for organizing reservations, thus refining my management and coordination skills.
This experience taught me to juggle multiple responsibilities, combining efficiency, attention to detail and quality of service, while contributing to the friendly atmosphere of the place.
CHILDCARE
Various places and families (Ain)
Occasionally, from 12/2022 - 09/2025
For three months, I looked after two children twice a week, supervising a variety of activities such as meal preparation, bathing, creative and educational games, and bedtime routines. These experiences allowed me to develop a strong sense of discipline in respecting family routines and the children’s needs.
Furthermore, my occasional babysitting experiences, in various contexts such as daytime, evening or nighttime, have allowed me to adapt to very varied situations and expectations, thus strengthening my flexibility and my ability to organize myself effectively.
Childcare taught me patience in supporting children’s learning and emotional development, as well as appropriate teaching methods through creative and stimulating activities. This experience strengthened my ability to manage stress in the face of unexpected situations, while also developing my communication and empathy skills, essential for building trust with children and meeting parents’ expectations.
These skills, beyond their usefulness in the field of childcare, are valuable in many personal and professional contexts, as they enrich the management of human relations, decision-making and problem-solving in complex situations.
GYMNASTICS COACH
La Gexoise, based in Gex (Ain)
Gymnastics coach, from 09/2018 - 06/2020
As an artistic gymnastics teacher for 7- to 8-year-olds, I led weekly classes where I organized varied sessions adapted to each student’s abilities and needs. This experience allowed me to develop my creativity, particularly in creating exercises and circuits to stimulate their progress while maintaining their interest.
I have learned to structure my sessions to offer a balance between technical learning, motor skills development and playful moments.
Teaching required adaptability to the different levels of the children, whether it was encouraging beginners or challenging those who were progressing quickly.
I also worked on recognizing and valuing individual and collective efforts, strengthening their self-confidence and team spirit. This responsibility taught me how to manage a group while meeting the specific needs of each child, thus developing skills in leadership, pedagogy, and communication.
MY INTERNSHIPS
swarovski
First-year Bachelor’s internship, Thoiry (Ain)
Occasionally, from 19.12.2022 to 21.01.2023
As part of my first year of Bachelor’s studies at INSEEC Lyon, I completed a one-month internship at the Swarovski ValThoiry boutique. This experience provided me with a complete immersion in the world of semi-luxury retail, with varied and enriching responsibilities.
Thanks to the small team size, I quickly took on important responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store and managing it independently during the day. These responsibilities allowed me to develop my organizational skills, my ability to prioritize, and my autonomy. I also honed my interpersonal skills by advising a demanding clientele, while ensuring that the brand image remained impeccable.
This internship gave me a concrete understanding of how a retail outlet operates in the luxury sector and reinforced my comprehension of customer expectations in a high-end environment. It was also an excellent opportunity to put my academic knowledge in marketing and communication into practice while enriching my professional skills.
Carita & DecléoR
Luxury beauty brands, L’Oréal Lyon (Rhône)
Introductory workshop, May 20 & 21, 2019
In May 2019, I had the opportunity to complete an introductory internship at Carita and Decléor, brands of the L’Oréal group in Lyon. This internship immersed me in the world of brand training, allowing me to discover product training techniques and support for sales teams.
This enriching experience gave me insight into the challenges of conveying a brand’s values and the educational strategies for optimizing product knowledge among professionals. It also made me aware of the importance of consistency between brand image and the skills of the teams being trained.
